can you hear my 52 hertz?

Updated: Apr 28, 2022

Can someone possibly hold out their hand, reach out for me and hear me? at this distance, even under this blue mist of darkness, loneliness was with me.

Things come and go, like waves. I can hear your words, like baits without meat, Ignorance became my companion. The truth behind my words of loneliness is something you thought was pretentious.

Wandering under the ocean. could someone like me, who meandered only on the ends of the abyss, outstand and reach you as well? My voice is singing and could not be heard, desiring that it'll reach the surface like a rendezvous.

Obscuring in midnight, my pain and sadness were unknown to the world. Shining only if I left the darkest mist, alone in the abyss, I want my worth to be known, like any other creature, I hide in this eternal Neverland.

Despite all of these, I still believe, I will be heard. As I go towards my hereafter, believing in myself in this chasm, I swam away.

Is it possible, that someone could conceivably hold out their hand for me to reach, hear my hertz? I'm singing under the ocean, until my voice reaches the skies, but with no answer.

Was told to raise my voice to be able to reach outlying ends, but when the other voices are indistinct of foreign tongues, I was found nothing to do, It's too opaque to see. I can't abide it anymore, I closed my eyes.

It's too deep, the ends of the ocean are nowhere to be seen, as well as I, who's a solitary isle, waiting to be known. Fortuitous enough, my sadness can't reach the surface, they can't hear the sorrow wailing from my heart.

Singing once again, like this, until it reaches over the horizon. My indistinct voice then will reach halfway across the Earth, until I receive a response. Even the visionless will be able to see me, the undying yearning I'm bearing.

The 52-hertz whale is an individual whale of unidentified species, which calls at the very unusual frequency of 52 Hz. This pitch is a much higher frequency than that of the other whale species with migration patterns most closely resembling this whale’s – the blue whale (10–39 Hz) or fin whale (20 Hz). It has been detected regularly in many locations since the late 1980s and appears to be the only individual emitting a whale call at this frequency. It has been described as the “world’s loneliest whale”.

"It’s fine even if someone’s not able to stay by my side. Words that are carelessly directed at me soon become a wall. Even my loneliness is a pretending in your eyes"
"Could someone like me, who’s like an isolated island, shine brightly as well?"
"I, too, want to let the world know my value Everyday"

Note:

Writing this piece is just...full of emotions, a very fragile-like process. I'm touched, and I would like to acknowledge the writers and producers of this song. It must've taken much intelligence and sympathy, and even experience to be able to write and produce such music. I'm a whalien.
